By using our site you agree to these terms. All proceedings relating to the Site, these Terms of Use, or any transaction, including the sale of any products, using this Site, shall be brought only in the state or federal courts of Boulder County, Colorado, and you and Homegrown Cyclewear LLC do hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Any other use of content is prohibited. You may copy other contents displayed on the Site for your personal, noncommercial use only. Except as noted above, you may not reproduce, publish, distribute, display, modify, or exploit in any way, any of the contents of this site. Unauthorized use is prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. 

Order Processing & Cancellations

We do not guarantee your order will be processed. If additional shipping charges apply, your card is declined or an incorrect billing address is provided your order will not be processed until the matter is resolved. The billing address is the address on file with your credit card provider. Additional verification may be required for orders shipping to an address other than the billing. 

Once an order is processed we are unable to make any changes or cancel the shipment. Please make sure to review your order carefully before submitting. Any order refused upon delivery will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please be sure to provide a working email address. Should there be a problem with your order you will be contacted via email. 

Once a custom order is processed and proofs are approved we cannot make any changes to an order. All custom orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of order processing. If you are within the 24 hour time period please email us your order # and which items you would like removed from the order.

Price Matching

If you find a lower price on an identical item at a local or online retail competitor (including shipping and delivery fees), just show us the competitor’s current ad or email a printout, photo, smartphone display or app, and we’ll match their price. Our price match policy doesn’t apply to closeout or discontinued items.

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the HomegrownCyclewear.com website. On some pages, you can order merchandise, requests quotes, and contact us via email. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the customer. The types of personal information collected at these pages are: Name, Address, Email and Credit / Debit Card Information. On some pages, you can submit information about other people. For example, if you order merchandise online and want it shipped to another address or recipient, you will need to submit the recipient's address. In this circumstance, the types of personal information collected are: Name, Address and Phone Number. 

How We Use Information: 

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. We do not sell e-mail addresses to other companies.We internally use information, in aggregate form, to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to statistically analyze site usage, to improve our content and product offerings and to customize our site's content and layout. We believe these uses allow us to improve our site and better tailor it to meet our customers' needs. Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses. 

Sales Tax

Colorado residents are subject to 4.1-8.16% CO State Sales Tax.

All schools & organizations who can provided a copy of their Colorado sales tax exemption form will not be required to pay sales tax.

Our shopping cart uses secure servers to protect your personal information, including your name, address and credit card information. Our servers use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption when transmitting personal or payment information over the internet.
