Shipping Info

Stock items place Monday through Friday before 3PM EST will begin processing and typically ship the same or next business day pending availability and credit verification. Some items take longer to ship and will be posed on each item page. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 pm EST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 pm EST will begin processing the following Monday. It is our goal to ship your items as quickly as possible. It may be possible that items will ship from multiple warehouses. Separate tracking numbers will be supplied for each shipment.

Stock Items

Stock items are available shipped within the 50 United States. We do not offer shipping of stock items to the US territories of Guam and the US Virgin Islands. *On occasion we can make exceptions for certain stock item brands shipped to Australia and Canada. Please contact us for details.

Custom Items

Unites States: We offer shipping within the 50 US States.

Canada: Orders ship to Canada via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Crestone club fit jerseys are made in Canada and are subject to the following additional GST/PST sales tax: Alberta - 5%, BC - 12%, Manitoba - 12%, Newfound/Lab/New Brunswick - 13%, Nova Scotia - 15%, Ontario - 13%, Sask - 10%, Quebec/PEI - 15.99%, Yukon / NW - 5%.

Australia: Orders ship to Australia via USPS Priority Mail International. Please contact us for details.

How We Ship

We ship most orders to physical addresses via UPS and USPS. Any orders shipped to APO, FPO, or P.O. Boxes will be shipped via USPS. We do not accept 3rd party / customer shipping accounts. Some orders will ship directly from our supplier's warehouse. Items from the same order may ship from multiple warehouses. Depending on the warehouse, different carriers may be used. If this happens you will be notified via email. The original shipping charges will remain the same. Tracking information will be emailed to the address provided. 

Transit Times

UPS shipping days are Monday through Friday. USPS ships Monday through Saturday. Holidays are not counted as transit times. Transit times may vary depending on shipping method and the destination of your order. We do not guarantee delivery dates or refund shipping charges. The appropriate carrier (UPS or USPS) should be contacted directly should any problems/damage occur during shipment.

Custom Orders

The turnaround time for custom orders generally runs between 3-5 weeks. This time can vary depending on the season. For up-to-date turnaround time please contact our sales department. Due to the nature of the business, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates for custom sublimated, printed or custom cut and sew orders. An estimated shipping date will be given at the time the order is placed. Although we try our hardest to ship orders around this given date the actual ship date may vary by up to a week depending on our production load. Please allow enough lead time to receive your order when you need it.
