If you are not happy with your items you may return them for a full item cost refund within 60 days of shipment. Items may be exchanged for merchandise at equal or lesser value within 1 year of purchase. Merchandise must be in new condition with all tags/etc intact.
Return / Exchange Instructions
● Submit your RMA# request at our online form at HomegrownCyclewear.com > MY ACCOUNT > COMPLETED ORDERS.
● Please allow 3 business days (Mon - Fri) to receive your RMA # and return instructions. This will be sent to your email provided at checkout.
Steps to Return Merchandise
● Repackage merchandise in the original box or functional equivalent.
● Include any packing slip (if available) that came with the order. Some packages are shipped directly from our vendors warehouse and may not contain a packing slip.
● Write RA# on the outside of the box.
● Ship package to the proper address provided in the Return Authorization email.
● Packages may be returned with our included shipping label ($6 fee deducted from refund) or by the carrier of your choice (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc...). We recommend obtaining a tracking # for your return shipment. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged merchandise during shipment.
● Any package that is refused upon delivery without prior authorization from Homegrown Cyclewear LLC will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds
Once the return is received back in our possession a refund will typically be issued within 2 weeks but can take up to 30 days. The return will be refunded back to the original form of payment.
We do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges.
Exchanges
Once the return is received back in our possession the exchanged size/item will be shipped out. Please allow up to 2 weeks for tracking number to be emailed.
